Pinnacle Storage Properties is proud to announce the acquisition of its 10^th self storage property and first location in the Dallas, TX market.

Houston, TX – May 31, 2018 – Pinnacle Storage Properties, based in Katy, Texas, proudly announces the acquisition of Storage House of Texas located at 3402 Bobtown Road in Garland, Texas. The acquisition of Storage House of Texas is Pinnacle Storage Properties 10^th self storage acquisition and first venture into the Dallas market.

This acquisition also marks the first property to be rebranded under Pinnacle Storage Properties new DBA Storage Plus. Storage Plus of Garland offers over 55,000 rentable square feet. This facility offers excellent space options, state-of-the art security, climate-controlled storage, and easy access for customers.
