Houston, TX – January 12, 2021 – Pinnacle Storage Properties, based in Katy, Texas, proudly announces its first acquisition in Arkansas. Pine Bluff Storage is the 25th addition to Pinnacle’s portfolio. 

The property, located at 3009 W Pullen Street, Pine Bluff, AR 71601, is 40 miles from Little Rock, along the Arkansas River. It is a small working-class agricultural, industrial, and railroad town. The area is a major hub and service location on the Union Pacific Railroad. The Pine Bluff Arsenal serves as a site for military-related employment.

Pinnacle Storage Properties is especially happy to announce that a major investor in this property is former NFL football player, Roderick Robinson. Rod played quarterback at the University of Arkansas, at Pine Bluff. He saw this as an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the community where he went to college.

Pine Bluff Storage is currently a closed facility, having approximately 200 units of various sizes and 31,300 rentable square feet. An expansion of 35,000 square feet is planned 6 – 8 months after the lease-up of the existing property. The property will offer a wide variety of amenities and feature a resident manager. It will be rebranded as Storage Plus of Pine Bluff.
