Houston, TX – February 10, 2022 – Pinnacle Storage Properties, based in Katy, Texas, proudly announces the acquisition of another Texas self-storage property, Storage Plus of Beaumont. This represents the 28th addition to date.

Storage Plus of Beaumont, formerly Condon’s Mini Storage, is located at 7995 College St, Beaumont, TX 77707 and contains 26,000 net rentable square feet. Currently, there are a total of 225 units, all non-climate, with future plans to upgrade to climate-controlled storage.

Beaumont, known for its thriving oil industry, is located on the Texas Gulf Coast and home to Lamar University, a Carnegie Doctoral Research University.
