Houston, Texas, November 20, 2020 – Rapidly expanding Houston, Texas-based Pinnacle Storage Properties is excited to announce the addition of Bill Lierman as Construction Project Manager.

Bill will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, including planning, design, cost estimation, and process, as well as budget stewardship, including cost reporting, cost breakouts, draw requests, cash flow analysis, change orders and forecasts. He will drive efficiency through knowledge of construction techniques and management of the construction schedule to ensure the project is completed in compliance with the contract terms.

Prior to joining Pinnacle Storage Properties Bill, was a Senior Project Manager for CBRE on the ATT account responsible for Dealer Retail Development. He was responsible for retail store design and project management for dealer assigned locations in the central region of the U.S. He has 10+ years experience in acquisition and leasing and construction management throughout the southern U.S., providing various real estate functions to the predecessors of AT&T Mobility. With over 25 years of corporate real estate experience, Bill has a proven track record in managing multiple projects on a national basis and leading and motivating vendors in a team environment. 

Bill holds a degree in finance from The University of Texas at Austin, BBA; CBRE Foundations, Level 1 Project Management; and he is OSHA 30 Certified.
