Houston, Texas, November 4, 2019 – Rapidly expanding Houston,Texas-based Pinnacle Storage Properties is excited to announce the addition of Scott Burgess as VP of Finance and Accounting. His responsibilities will include all finance and accounting functions. He will assist with the production of Pinnacle’s month-end and quarter-end reports for both internal and external users, and he will serve as liaison with banks and assist the CIO with sourcing and placing debt financing.

Mr. Burgess brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Pinnacle Storage Properties. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Scott was positioned in financial, accounting, and risk-management leadership roles with the high-profile real estate firms, Trammel Crow (now CB Richard Ellis) and Hines. In 2008, Scott formed his CPA practice, S. Burgess & Associates. In 2013, Scott sold his firm and returned to the corporate world as Vice President and CFO of Camillo Properties, a $400 million full-service real estate development and management company.

Upon joining Pinnacle, Mr. Burgess stated, “I am truly excited about the opportunity to be part of a team that has a proven track record of success. With more than 20 years experience in the real estate sector, I plan on using my experience to help Pinnacle Storage Properties achieve dominance in this market segment.”
